Bananas Foster


1 tablespoon butter

3 bananas sliced

1 tablespoon rum

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Vanilla ice cream

Kernel Season’s Caramel seasoning


Melt butter in a pot on the stove. Add sliced bananas, then sugar and Kernel Season’s Caramel seasoning. Once the sugar and seasoning has dissolved, add rum and turn heat up to medium high. Be careful, a flame may appear after adding the rum, but will fade quickly. Once it does, remove from heat and quickly spoon the bananas over vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with more Kernel Season’s Caramel seasoning and serve.
