Butter or Margarine

Dried Oregano

White Cheddar Seasoning

Instructions

Peel and slice baked potatoes. Thoroughly wash baked potatoes. Peel away the skin from three-quarters of the potato. Place the skin side down. Place a wooden spoon handle behind the potato. Begin slicing the potato thinly to the depth of the wooden spoon. Do not slice all the way through. Place each potato in a foil sheet. Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine and carefully pour it over the potatoes. Generously shake Kernel Season’s White Cheddar seasoning and dried oregano over the potatoes. Wrap the potatoes and bake in a 425°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done. Remove potatoes from foil wrap, generously sprinkle again with seasoning and serve. These potatoes may also be cooked on a grill. Be sure to turn often so that the butter does not burn onto the potato.
