Potatoes

Vegetable Oil (for frying)

White Cheddar Seasoning

Instructions

Wash and clean potato(es). Peel if desired, slice potatoes very thinly. Keep in a bowl of cold water. Set deep fryer to 375°F. When oil is hot, place sliced potatoes one at a time. Chips will fry quickly. Watch them closely so that they do not burn. When edges are brown, remove from hot oil and place on towel paper to dry. Immediately sprinkle generously with Kernel Season’s White Cheddar.
