Crusted Pork Chops


Bone in or boneless pork chop filets

Salt and pepper

All purpose flour

Kernel Season’s Butter or Garlic Parmesan seasoning

Vegetable oil or butter


Heat pan to medium high. Rinse pork chops and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides well with salt and pepper. Mix flour and Kernel Season’s Butter or Garlic Parmesan to taste. Coat chops in flour until covered completely. Add butter or oil to the pan. Cook 3-4 chops in the pan at a time, turning over to sear both sides. Once the skin appear brown and crusted, remove from heat and serve.
