Milk Chocolate Caramel Tortilla Chips (Baked or Fried)
1 package 7-inch tortilla rounds
Milk Chocolate Caramel Seasoning
1/4 cup milk
Deep fryer oil (if frying)
Carefully slice tortilla rounds in half. Slice each half in half two more times. This should result in triangle shaped tortilla pieces. Place onto cookie sheet. Mist or brush each tortilla piece with olive oil. Generously shake Milk Chocolate Caramel Seasoning – or your favorite flavor – onto chips. Bake at 400°F for approximately 5 minutes. Watch carefully, removing from oven when edges become light brown. Sprinkle tortilla chips again with seasoning. Cool and enjoy.
Slice tortilla rounds as above. Heat oil to 375°F. Do not season chips. Place chips into oil, one at a time. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels when edges begin to turn brown. Generously shake seasoning onto chips. Cool on paper towel, serve and enjoy.
