Buffalo Wing Potato Chips

Ingredients

Potatoes

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Buffalo Wing Seasoning

Instructions

Wash and clean potato(es). Peel, if desired. Slice potatoes very thinly. Keep in a bowl of cold water. Set up deep fryer and turn on to 375 F. When oil is hot, place in sliced potatoes one at a time. Chips will fry quickly. Watch them closely so that they do not burn. When edges are brown, remove from hot oil and place on towel paper to dry. Immediately sprinkle generously with seasoning.
