Spicy Egg Drop Soup
1 packet of Lipton Noodle Soup
2 egg whites (0 fat) OR 1 beaten egg (5 gr. fat)
1 cup frozen vegetables (try corn, carrots & broccoli)
1 tbsp Cheesy Jalapeño Seasoning
Cook soup as directed. Add vegetables and Cheesy Jalapeño Seasoning when you add the soup mix to the boiling water. Add egg during the last minute of cooking. Serves 4 cups.
